Round Robin Friendlies for the Youngsters! On Thursday Strollers 70s squad (Whites and Reds) hosted Boston and Moulton WF at Borderville. 3 games of 20mins for each team and some very close games were played out. Moulton came out on Top on GD just ahead of Strollers Red. Both remained unbeaten. Boston and Strollers White were unlucky not to pick up more points. Refreshments were provided after the game. Spring National Championships On Saturday a mixed 40s and 50s Strollers side took on a strong field in the 40s category, facing five high-quality teams over a demanding schedule at the impressive David Ross Sports Village at Nottingham University. The tournament began with a statement win against Wotton WFC. Despite conceding inside two minutes, the Strollers responded superbly—dominating possession and tempo. On Tuesday evening 16 players from Strollers attended a training course at Borderville. The course was run by LeisureSK free of charge and was extremely thorough with lots of practical to help with understanding. Many thanks to Julian and Drew for giving up their time to educate our players.

The Women's Team visited Corby playing 3 games of 15 mins each over the weekend. Game 1. Score 4-2 to Corby. Strollers were a bit slow to get going and before we knew it we were 4-0 down.
