The Strollers struggled to find any fluency in their game today as we stuttered to a 6-1 defeat at Risley. The home side were well organised and very competitive and it was obvious that their involvement in regular competitive league play has given them a sharp edge to their game.
The Strollers huffed and puffed and worked hard to get back in the game at 3-1 but Risley had the legs on us and scored three goals in the last ten minutes.
