Stamford Strollers 4 Aylsham 0
On a very hot day Stamford settled and played their possession football. After missing some early opportunities their patience paid off when Graham Curry struck from distance to open the scoring mid way through the first half. HT 1-0.
Strollers soon got into their stride in the second half and when Chris Keirl intercepted an Aylsham pass he sent Gerry Monaghan clear to score.2-0.
Stamford were now very much in control and 2 further goals from Nic Poletti followed to give Stamford a comfortable 4-0 win.
