Friendly: Stamford Strollers 0:0 Harborough Hornets Over 55's

As things turned out we were unable to play a Round Robin as planned and played one game for 40 mins v a Harborough team of over 55's.

A close game with chances for both teams throughout each half. The closest either team came to scoring was just a few seconds after Strollers kicked off and nearly caught the Harborough goalie off-guard! However, he recovered just in time to stop the ball "crossing the line!".

Both teams struggled playing into the low sun and 0-0 draw was a fair reflection of the game.
