A Stroll for the Strollers at Corby

More success at Corby today for Stamford.

Playing as KingsCliffe/Stamford, although all the players in the squad play at Stamford Strollers, the squad dominated this one and lifted the silverware.

The organisers were slightly let down by late pull-outs but the teams remaining enjoyed a dry round robin in mostly broken sun with a cooling breeze. The familiarity of the Stamford based players and their knowledge of each others game stood out and the team were rarely threatened playing some very neat passing football.
